ROLLS FOR CGL
A Furnace roller or furnace roll is a heat resistant roller used in roller hearth
furnaces and other industrial equipment. They are used to allow products to easily move
into, through, and out of furnaces, kilns and ovens.
Furnace rollers consist of a cylinder (solid or hollow) or disks mounted via bearings on
a central shaft. They can be powered, actively moving items through the furnace, or
unpowered. Furnace rollers can be made in many different sizes and from different
materials to suit various applications and temperature ranges. Typical materials include
nickel chromium and molybdenum.
Centrifugally cast furnace rolls (water cooled or dry) up to 1200 mm.O.D. These rolls
are delivered assembled. Machined and balanced, ready to be installed.
Sink and Stabilizing rolls in AISI 316L alloy (CF3M) without coating and with machined
rolls tables according to customers' requirements for the galvanizing lines. For
aluminizing or galvalume bath, the sink and stabilizer rolls are also produced in our
alloy.
Sleeves and bushings for zinc bath either in cobalt alloys or in our pallet alloy.
Snouts in a mixed cast-wrought construction in AISI 316L alloy(CF3M)
Arms for sink and stabilizing rolls in AISI 316L alloy(CF3M) as per customer’s drawings.
