Down Coiler Pinch Rolls

We supply pinch rolls with patented material (Electroslag Strip cladding)

Materials :

• Roller Shell : S355J2G3 (Mat-N° 1.0570)
• Axle : 42CrMo4+QT(Mat-N° 1.7225)

Roller barrel hardfaced with GW|PREMCO-ES-LCr (Premium electroslag overlay coating) by strips according to DIN 8555-6 with a low chromium contents around 6 %.
